Reuters: Global economy worries prompt Fed to hold rates steady

Fed Chair Janet Yellen stated that “The outlook abroad appears to have become less certain,” as a reason for not increasing interest rates yet. In addition, U.S. inflation is very low too, which is also an answer why the committee has decided to wait.
